MIT-GSU 2023 election results

The MIT Graduate Student Union (MIT-GSU) held an election in the fall of 2023 to decide the union’s new officers. This election was the first GSU election and was open to all graduate students. 400 out of 7,344 graduate students voted. 

The elections results are as follows:

Role: Candidate Name, (Votes For / Votes of No Confidence)

* There are nine votes of no confidence in total. Votes For amount 132 and 171 for Cui and Rivera, respectively.

** All candidates won the position.

*** Since no candidates ran for this position, the GSU will hold a special election for this position. That election date was unspecified by the time of this writing.
