EECS updates 6-4 curriculum

On August 21, EECS Undergraduate Officer Dr. Katrina LaCurts sent an email to the EECS undergraduate mailing list regarding an update to the Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making (6-4) curriculum.

Besides adding subjects to the Centers and AUS lists, students are now required to take an AI+D AUS instead of choosing between an AI+D AUS and a second Application CI-M. These changes go into effect for students in the Class of 2028. However, students who entered MIT before Fall 2024 can choose between the older curriculum or the new curriculum.

The email also mentioned a correction to a previous announcement, stating that Computational Cognitive Science (9.660) can fulfill the human-centric subject requirement starting in Fall 2024.
