A Nor’easter is intensifying as it moves across New England this weekend, bringing heavy rain, wind gusts, and local flooding to Boston. Forecasts are expecting up to 2” of rain, while flood warnings and wind advisories are beginning to be issued. Sleet and snow are possible, but rain will likely remain the main concern as temperatures remain near or above freezing.

Conditions may clear up gradually in anticipation of eclipse travel, though showers are still likely through Friday and Saturday. Make sure to pack rain gear and stay safe on those slippery roads!
