CORRECTIONS
An article in Friday’s issue on the Chancellor search mistakenly referred to President L. Rafael Reif as Rafael L. Reif. The same article also quoted Reif saying “he has to be a good educator” of a new Chancellor — the intent was rather “he or she.”
A taekwondo article in the same issue incorrectly reported the results. MIT came in second behind Cornell and ahead of Princeton.
In last Tuesday’s News Briefs, the section regarding city council mistakenly attributed a proposed response to Assistant Attorney General Amy Nable. The response to the complaint from Charles Teague was actually signed by the city clerk, Donna P. Lopez, and addressed to Nable. A modified version of that response to Teague’s complaint was approved by the city countil at their Nov. 4 meeting.
