The MIT Bike Show and Market Festival will take place on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 32 Albany St (the lot between Mass Ave and Main). The event will feature a bike auction, quick bike tune-ups, raffles, and smoothies. Check out bikeshowmarket.weebly.com.
The First Annual Memorial Collier Cornhole Tournament will take place on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. It is open to the public, and the cost is $5 at the door.
Add date is next Friday — the last day to add classes, drop classes without appearing on your transcript, change classes to P/D/F, and change from Listener to Credit status. You can find add/drop forms at web.mit.edu/registrar/forms. Next Friday is also the last day for June and September 2014 degree candidates to apply for a double major.
IAP Externship applications are due before Wednesday, Oct. 9 at noon, and applications for the Externship Assistance Fund (to help offset the cost of an unpaid internship), are due at the same time. Get more information at alum.mit.edu/students.
